- We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. The items ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse and generally arrive within 5 to 10 business days [note that larger items must ship via freight, adding time to the overall delivery]. In the event that any or all of your items require extra processing time, you will be notified via the contact information provided. The shipping method varies for each product and will be determined by the shipping warehouse. Shipping rates are provided during checkout. Free Shipping
- Returns & Replacements
- In the event that an item needs to be returned e.g. a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately to begin the return process. All products are shipped directly from the distributor warehouse and ARE NOT shipped back to the Mono Machines business address. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may be charged for returned products. Also note that Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer depending on the reason for the return. We will delivery your order of $99 or greater for free from Dock-to-Dock in the Continental United States.
In English this means that an extra fee will only be applied in the following situations:
--You live in a location outside of the continental US like Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico
--You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight but you don't have a loading dock. The freight company then charges for a special truck with a lift gate
--You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight AND you require that the item be delivered inside or above the first floor. Here again the trucking company charges an extra fee
